There are buses every hour from Miraj Local Bus Stand to Kurundwad, which stop at Narsobawadi also. Also, from Sangli Bus Stand you can board ST buses to Kurundwad, which again will drop you at Narsobawadi.
With regard to Bhakt-Nivas, there is an office inside the temple, as soon as you enter, where you can find the location of Bhakt-Nivas.

Yes, there is a dharmashala available near the temple and even private lodges/hotels.

Yes. there is bhakt nivas close to temple. I've seen this when I visited temple last time.
